If there is an immediate threat to life, call emergency services on 111. For an urgent property issue, take reasonable steps to keep people safe and prevent further damage, then contact the property management team using the emergency instructions provided for your tenancy.
Describe what has happened, when it started, which part of the property is affected and any steps already taken. Do not arrange non-urgent work or authorise costs unless you have approval.
