When you list your property exclusively with us before the 15th of December 2023, you will receive your choice of:

4 hours worth of:

• Interior house cleaning
• Window washing
• Oven cleaning
• Exterior waterblasting
• Garden weeding
• Lawn mowing
• You decide where you need help the most!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Property must be listed exclusively for a minimum of 90 days with our Ray White Kaitaia / Ray White Doubtless Bay / Ray White Paihia / Ray White Kaikohe / Ray White Kawakawa branch.
2. Property must be listed for sale between 1st September 2023 and 15th December 2023.
3. The vendor decides what the 4 hours of cleaning will entail.
4. Any tasks conducted by the cleaning company over and above the 4 hours at the vendor’s request, will be charged to the vendor directly.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
