Ron Melville

Although born in Canada, Ron was brought up on a sheep and cattle farm in Whakatane. The love for farming is in his blood and he bought his own sheep and cattle farm in Kaitaia in 1981. In 1993, he shifted to a smaller farm in Kaikohe where he lives with his wife and enjoys the incredible lifestyle that the Far North offers.

Aside from farming, Ron’s passion for dealing with people, gaining their trust and achieving goals on their behalf, saw him obtaining his Real Estate license in 2000, completing a Diploma in Business Studies in Property Management in 2001 as well as graduating to AREINZ level in Real Estate in 2008.

With more than 23 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry, Ron’s wealth of knowledge in both property, agriculture and forestry makes him an asset and an exceptional resource for any client.
