Debbie Kitchen

Being born and raised in the Doubtless Bay area and a self-proclaimed passionate East Coast local, the Far North has always been home for Debbie.

After 14 years’ experience at a local accounting firm, Debbie moved on to join her father’s expanding business in the contracting industry where she progressed from administrative duties to operational management. She picked up valuable skills in customer liaison and time management during this time.

Deciding that it was time for a new challenge, she then joined a Real Estate business in Coopers Beach in 2010 where she went from an administrative role to Property Manager. She had just resumed an admin position when the business was taken over by Ray White in 2019.

Debbie now works part-time at our Kaitaia office as an integral part of our finance team, with her excellent communication skills and attention to detail making her perfect for this role.

Coming from a large family, Debbie likes to spend time with her family and friends whenever she can.  She is a keen sports enthusiast and also loves spending time pottering around in her garden.
